I am Antonis Oikonomopoulos, a licensed psychologist and psychotherapist based in Mets, Athens, Greece (License: 1093542/2023). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology and Psychotherapy, with specialized training in panic attack management. With over a decade of academic and clinical experience across diverse settings —including rehabilitation centers, day hospitals, adolescent & college counseling, along with community mental health, I provide integrative psychotherapy grounded in psychoanalytic, humanistic-existential, and experiential principles. My practice prioritizes cultivating a confidential, non-judgmental space, tailored to your unique needs. Individual sessions are offered in-person or online, in Greek & English.
